TOW、Searching Sheet of Function Settings:

      1) One-key-dialing Settings

     A. Number Settings: under the on-hook condition, input the needed number first, press the selected one-key-dialing for 4 seconds, and then the number will be programed in the key.

     Note: a. the old number will be deleted when a new number is saved.

               b. Maximum length of the number saved with one-key-dialing is 16 digits.

        B. Dialing number:under the pick-up handset or SPEAKER condition, press the one memory key,the stored number will be dialed out automatically.

    2) Redail

       Pick up handset and press redial key,would dial out the number that was dialed within last 4 minutes.The number before 4 minutes will be deleted automatically to protect guest privacy.

3) Music on hold

Under pick-up condition,press “HOLD” key,telephone keep the line and output music, HOLD music will be released automatically when joining phone or off-hook.

4) Volume functions

A.ring volume: ring switch(RINGER),choose (HI) or (LOW) to adjust volume.

B.Speaker/Handset  volume: under pick-up or speaker condition,press volume key to adjust volume for 4 level cycle.

     5) Flash

          Under pick-up condition,press flash key to carry out hangup or transfer function.

      6) Auto hangup

          When finished the call, and the caller already hung up, or this telephone didn't hung up,the PBX will send busy voice,after 12 times busy vioce will hang up automatically,then recover normal function,don't impact next incoming call.
